I’ve been a loyal and recurring customer of this store for some time now. I thought they were honest and honorable I’ve been buying and recommending them to people I know, but today was a total DISSAPOINTMENT to say the least. I placed an order of 3 items total, 2 Epi Louis Vuitton pouches and a 1 Louis Vuitton Alma BB, which was free according to the online store, a payment was made accordingly and I received a confirmation stating the order was accepted. After a few hours I received the FEDEX tracking number of a partial order and another email with a refund of the FREE ITEM ( the Alma bag ) after contacting the store via Instagram I was told that since I didn’t pay for the item it was not going to be shipped because it was a TEST PAGE, ( I don’t understand what they meant because the order was accepted and placed properly )and if I didn’t want to understand and accept their decision they will cancel my order. I kept explain and showing them the proof of purchase and after many attempts they ignored me completely and went in and removed the picture of the bag from the email confirmation. Attached are the screenshots of the receipt, proof of purchase and conversation. This was a total FRAUD AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
10年ほど前に、亡くなった母の形見のロレックスを修理等が必要(目立った故障や損傷はありませんでした)だと言われ、約8万円という今思うと有り得ない金額で買い取られました。 数年後、数件の他店舗でこの話しをしたところ、 愕然とされてしまいました。 通常、買取店では買い取った物の修理などはしないということも聞かされました。 他に持ち込んだ未使用のCHANELの財布や、 ルイヴィトンの状態の良いバッグ数点等も 他店なら高く買い取ってくれたであろうところ、 残念な価格で買い取られました。 こちらで買取査定される方は、 近隣店舗でも査定されたほうがいいと思います。 無知につけ込まれませんように。
